Gianni’s at the Villa Casa Casuarina is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our high-volume, fine-dining kitchen. This is not an entry-level role and requires fast, precise execution during service.

Our line regularly handles 500–800 covers per night; candidates must be reliable, adaptable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of line cook experience in fine dining or high-volume settings.
• Ability to work fast, clean, and organized during heavy service.
• Strong cooking techniques including searing, sauté, grilling, frying, roasting.
• Able to handle high-pressure, high-ticket environments.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional; available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cook menu items to order with full consistency, accuracy, and speed.

About the Position
Gianni’s at the Villa Casa Casuarina is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our high-volume, fine-dining kitchen. This is not an entry-level role. Our line regularly handles 500–800 covers in a single night, and we need cooks who can execute with speed, precision, and consistency.
