LodgeWorks is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and cook menu and non-menu orders according to our standards. You will maintain sanitation, assist events, and support guest services with hospitality-driven service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season and cook menu and non-menu items according to LodgeWorks specifications.
• Clean and sanitize all work areas including kitchens, prep, dishwashing and storage.
• Follow safe food handling and service practices; maintain sanitation throughout service.
• Work closely with Sales staff to service guests, meeting rooms, events, catering, restaurants and bars.
• Maintain clean workstations and monitor food inventories and storage conditions.
• Identify hazards, report maintenance issues and control waste to manage costs.
