Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
• Culinary Arts education preferred and Serve-Safe Certification beneficial.
• Allergy awareness training preferred and required safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to established recipes and standards.
• Follow proper cooking techniques: grilling, frying, roasting, baking, sautéing.
• Monitor temperatures, times, and portions to ensure quality and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop and refine menu items and specials.
• Maintain clean, sanitized kitchen and assist with inventory management.
