Job summary

The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes, support menu development, and maintain kitchen cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Hourly wage is $18.00 plus tips.

Our team values commitment to food safety, high standards, and collaboration with senior chefs to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Prior line cook experience and WA Food Handler's Card are preferred.

Qualifications

• WA State Food Handler's Card required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
