Mad Mex Canonsburg is hosting open interviews for Line Cook positions, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Interviews run 2PM–4PM from September 30 to October 2 at Mad Mex Canonsburg, 200 Lakeside Dr N, Canonsburg, PA.

Positions include Line Cook duties, teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen, and an employee discount program. Applicants should be at least 16, with higher age requirements for servers/bartenders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 for Servers, 21 for Bartenders) – work permit required if under 18.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others.

Line Cook

Our line cooks apply their skills to follow recipes and cooking instructions to prepare high quality, consistent, well-presented, and delicious dishes to our customers.

• Line Cooks prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, grills, fryers, steamers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Line Cooks follow recipe specifications to cook, prepare all food items for service, and portion food products according to standard portion sizes and plating guidelines.
• Line Cooks assume 100% responsibility for the quality of products served.
