Hilton Los Angeles Airport is located off I-405, near SoFi Stadium, the Intuit Dome, and The Forum, all within three miles. Manhattan Beach and Santa Monica Pier are within 13 miles. We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team!

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience working on the hot line in a restaurant or hotel setting, can work in a fast-paced environment, and has open availability, including weekends and holidays. Shifts are typically in the evening, but flexibility is required. Hotel experience is a plus!

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and monitoring the quality of hot food items, ensuring outstanding service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

1. Preparing, maintaining, and monitoring quality control for hot food items such as meats, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, and seasonings.
2. Preparing food according to recipes and standards.
3. Fulfilling guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
4. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food sanitation standards.
5. Visually inspecting all food sent from the kitchen to ensure plates are clean and appealing.
6. Practicing proper food handling and storage procedures in compliance with regulations.

The hourly rate is $26.41, based on experience and location.
