The Dynamo Room, a Sunday Hospitality steak house, seeks a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will cook and plate dishes to our standards, restock ingredients, and maintain sanitation on the line.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a high-volume restaurant, NYC Food Protection Certificate, and a passion for hospitality. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive wages, 401(k), PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant.
• NYC Food Protection Certificate required.
• Culinary Art Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepares menu items following recipes and yield guides, according to standards set by the chef.
• Restocks ingredients and items that were depleted during the shift.
• Maintains sanitation standards of the kitchen.
• Inspects cleanliness and organization of the line and workstations, rectifying any deficiencies.
