The h.wood Group is launching Lady Delilah this fall in a vibrant New York setting, seeking a talented Line Cook with a passion for food and a positive attitude. You will join a team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and delivering a lavish dining experience.

Responsibilities include executing menu items per recipes, maintaining output and safety standards, and supporting a fast-paced kitchen environment. This is a hands-on opportunity with room to grow in a renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years culinary experience.
• 1 year in a high-volume kitchen.
• 18+ years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to stand for long shifts and handle hot/cold areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to recipe requirements and plate presentation guidelines.
• Work with speed and efficiency to ensure proper and timely output of items.
• Ensure compliance with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure ingredient freshness and proper stock rotation.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head Chef.
