We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for high-quality food preparation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Mi Vidais a celebrated, high-end Mexican restaurant concept from Washington D.C.-based KNEAD Hospitality + Design, with acclaimed Chef Roberto Santibañez as Culinary Director. We are excited to expand our vibrant, modern Mexican cuisine into Philadelphia, with our new location at 1100 Ludlow Street in the East Market development.

What you will do

• Set up and maintain a clean station
• Cook proteins, vegetables, and sauces to spec
• Follow recipes with accuracy
• Keep prep stocked through service
• Work clean and fast during peak periods
• Communicate with the team to keep the line moving

• Experience in a high volume scratch kitchen
