OL Cali Uno Mgmt LLC in San Bernardino, CA is hiring a Line Cook responsible for preparing high-quality menu items, following recipes, and maintaining a clean, sanitized kitchen while adhering to Ojos Locos standards.

You will communicate with the Kitchen Manager, work with teammates to accommodate guest requests, and ensure proper food handling and station readiness. A bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate with flexibility for late shifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; flexible schedule including weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish

Responsabilités

• Communicates with Kitchen Manager or management team on any food related issues
• Well versed in preparing food items while constantly adhering to recipe standards
• Works directly with team members to ensure all guest requests are accommodated
• Follow recipes; upholds specs and perfect presentation of every dish
• Proper food handling and sanitation of work areas; ensures compliance with food handling requirements
• Supports other stations and areas of the HOH as needed
• Maintains neat and organized work areas
• Accomplished all opening, running and end of shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next shift
