Margaritaville Restaurants in Panama City Beach is seeking a prep/line cook to create menu items following our established recipes and presentation standards. You will set up your station, maintain safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year experience in a full-service restaurant, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a lively, guest-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Six months to one year minimum as a prep/line cook in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts.
• Ability to complete a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.

• Ensures all materials and supplies are available.
• Sets up station according to guidelines to ensure guest safety.
• Cooks with established recipes and plating guidelines for quality and timing.
• Coordinates food orders for timely delivery to tables.
• Executes designated preparation and/or line stations with minimal supervision.
• Prepares food based on forecast and business level.
• Supports management in training new staff.
