Qualifications

• 1+ years of line cook or prep cook experience in a fast-paced or upscale kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of diverse cooking methods.
• Ability to work accurately and swiftly under pressure while staying motivated.
• Stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in hot line / walk-in freezer environments.
• Read recipes and communicate fluently with the line in English.

Responsibilities

• Command Your Station: Set up, stock, and maintain a pristine line station for service flow.
• Execute with Precision: Prepare ingredients, butchery, and sauces; cook and plate items with timing during peak rushes.
• Maintain High Standards: Ensure sanitation, nutrition, and safety standards.
