Qualifications

• Prior line cook experience in a restaurant or cafe setting.
• Hands-on pasta making from scratch preferred.
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety and sanitation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and execute fresh, handmade pasta dishes from scratch daily.
• Maintain line cook stations and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Follow recipes and plating standards for consistent quality.
• Monitor food prep, portioning and storage to meet health standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing and orders.
• Assist with mise en place, prep work and kitchen organization before each shift.
• Keep workstations clean, sanitized and stocked throughout service.
