Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook roles.
• Ability to prep, make, and cook various styles of pasta from scratch.
• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prep homemade pastas and bread daily, and oversee pasta production.
• Create different pastas according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain high quality pasta through testing and adjustments.
• Adhere to cleanliness, sanitation, and kitchen safety policies.
• Prepare items for various cooking methods and ensure proper plate presentation.
• Assist with closing the kitchen and participate in team meetings.
