Responsibilities

• Maintains high sanitation standards in the area of responsibility.
• Keeps storage areas organized and clean.
• Handles and stores all food items properly; rotates inventory.
• Prepares food according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets.
• Collaborates with management to create specials and menu variations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
