Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a food production environment or fast-paced restaurant.
• Food Handler certification or equivalent local requirement.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food.
• Solid time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with standard measurement systems.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock stations with supplies.
• Ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation per health and safety rules.
• Collaborate with BOH team for smooth operations.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and storing items properly.
• Cross-train across roles to grow responsibilities.
• Perform any additional duties as needed.
