Dig Inn in Kentucky is seeking a passionate kitchen teammate to join our scratch-based kitchen team. You will prep, cook, and plate dishes, learn multiple stations, and contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused dining experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes and taste for validation.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line and delivery/packtout stations.
• Explain menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to guests to enhance their experience.
• Support team during peak and off-peak service and assist as needed.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards per DIG policies.
