• 2+ years in a Line Cook position in a similar environment.
• NYC Food Handlers License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support culture of Enlightened Hospitality through daily operations.
• Prepare, cook, and portion food with attention to standard recipes.
• Maintain and use all kitchen equipment properly and safely.
• Ensure prep, seasoning, and cooking meet established standards on time.
• Store mise en place with proper labeling and dating.
• Keep knives and tools sharpened and station clean and organized.
• Help team during busy periods and support health department standards.
