Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years
• Prior restaurant or retail experience preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety procedures
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to follow recipes, specs, and plate presentation

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes per recipes and standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Complete closing duties including cleaning and restocking.
• Follow portion control and waste-reduction guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and ordering supplies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and managers.
• Contribute as a team member and exceed guest expectations.
