Job summary

Loco Pez is hiring an experienced Line Cook for evening shifts at the Mexican taqueria and bar located at 20th & Bainbridge St. in Philadelphia. The role requires full weekend availability and offers room for growth within a fast-paced kitchen team.

Compensation starts at $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience, with a service charge pool shared among kitchen staff and staff meals provided. Health benefits are available after qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food preparation.
• Strong team skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Exceptional hygiene and adherence to food safety standards.
