Elephants Delicatessen is seeking a dynamic Line Cook to join our guest-focused team. You will prepare food to specification, follow sanitation standards, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-quality service environment across multiple stores.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of kitchen experience, a passion for hospitality, strong communication, and a commitment to cleanliness and teamwork, with flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong hospitality mindset and team focus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Calm, solution-oriented under pressure and high cleanliness standards.
• Reliable, accountable, collaborative, with a can-do attitude.

Responsabilités

• Provide exemplary customer service and pivot tasks with guests.
• Engage in active selling and product promotion.
• Direct customers around the store and menu with knowledge.
• Maintain high product knowledge and recipe accuracy.
• Prepare all food per Elephants recipes and standards.
• Operate equipment as directed by management or trainer.
• Keep a clean, orderly work area and workstation.
• Cross-train in multiple back-of-house roles.
• Uphold sanitation and food safety standards at all times.
• Monitor workflow and pace during peak hours.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
