Hilton Bellevue is seeking a qualified Line Cook to join Solarium Kitchen + Bar at the Hilton Bellevue in Bellevue, WA. This full-time position offers hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $24.00 and requires food prep and line cook experience.

Qualifications include a valid Food Handler's permit, strong knowledge of food safety, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Banquet or large event experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash, cut and prepare ingredients for menu items.
• Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Prepare ingredients as instructed, in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist dishwashing team with washing and sorting dishes, cleaning, and trash removal.
