Qualifications

• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Oversees cooking activities and assists in cross-training of staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrées and menu items following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use and perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items, maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and logs as assigned.
• Assist in staff training and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
