Responsibilities

• Prepares all dishes on the menu with emphasis on taste and quality.

• Ability to work all stations, front line and prep areas.
• Open shift responsibilities: opens line and preps for the day.
• Close shift responsibilities: closes line, cleans and tidies workspace.
• Maintains food areas and equipment in a clean, safe state.
