Job summary

Greenbrier Golf & Country Club in Lexington, KY is hiring professional line cooks to join a fast-paced, member-focused team. The role starts at $19.00 per hour with day and night shifts and opportunities for growth as we head into peak season.

You will handle lunch and dinner service, assist with themed buffets and special events, and contribute to a dining experience that delights our membership. Must pass background check and hold a valid Food Handler Certification.

Qualifications

• Line cook with high-volume experience required.
• Country club experience is a plus.
• Food Handler Certification is required.

Job Type: Line Cook $19.00 per hour to start

Greenbrier Golf & Country Club is hiring professional line cooks with opportunity for growth and advancement. The Club is heading into peak season, creating the need for new team members!

Greenbrier is a fast-paced environment where creativity is encouraged, appreciated and rewarded. Hiring both AM and PM shifts with responsibilities for lunch and dinner menus, themed buffets, special events and most importantly pleasing our fantastic membership!

Schedule

• Need to have day shift and night shift availability
• Days of Operation Tuesday thru Sunday
• No early or late hours, Open at 11am and closed by 9pm
• Need Weekend availability

Experience:

• Line Cook high volume experience required
• Country Club experience a plus

License/Certification

• Food Handler Certification (Required)
