• Breakdown down and setting up stations before and after shifts
• Executing all menu items as required with flat top, grill, range and deep fryer
• When working the closing shift, will be responsible for cleaning and preparing space for the next business day
• Must be flexible with schedule and be a good team player.
• Weekend and evening shifts will be required
