Glenwood Hot Springs Resort in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking a Line Cook to thrive in a busy, high-volume kitchen. You’ll cook made-to-order meals, keep your station clean, and support a team that has each other’s back.

You’ll work the 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift, weekends and holidays, with opportunities to grow. We offer a full-time, year-round role, a hot springs pool pass for you and your family, employee discounts, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualificações

• Experience cooking on the line in a high-volume kitchen.
• Reliable and hardworking; punctual and ready to go.
• Solid understanding of food prep fundamentals and food safety.
• Team player with a positive attitude, especially during peak times.
• Flexible schedule; 10:00 AM–7:00 PM shifts, weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Work the line during high-volume service – grill, sauté, fry, assemble.
• Handle daily prep: slicing, portioning, station setup.
• Follow all food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Own opening/closing duties: setup, breakdown, cleaning, restocking, logs.
• Communicate and work as a team; cover teammates as needed.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and stocking.

## Description**About the Role**Glenwood Hot Springs Resort - home of the world's largest hot springs pool - is looking for a Line Cook who thrives in a busy, high-volume kitchen. You'll cook made-to-order food for guests visiting from all over the world, keep your station clean and stocked, and be a dependable part of a team that has each other's backs.
