Job summary

Glenwood Hot Springs Resort in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking a Host / Cashier for its Food & Beverage outlets. You will greet guests from around the world, ring up orders, and ensure every guest leaves with a great impression.

The role requires reliable, upbeat individuals who can handle money, work as part of a team, and stand for shifts with potential for weekends and holidays. Pool passes and employee discounts accompany full-time, year-round hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ring up orders on the POS and handle cash, credit, and room-charge payments quickly and accurately.
• Be proactive with guest service; answer questions, offer suggestions, and solve small problems before they become big ones.
• Work as a team during busy rushes; communicate, cover for teammates, and jump in wherever F&B needs a hand.
• Keep dining areas, counters, and stations clean, stocked, and guest-ready throughout the day.
• Follow opening and closing checklists so every shift starts and ends right.

You'll greet guests visiting from all over the world, ring up their orders, and make sure every person leaves with a great impression.
