Job summary

Glenwood Hot Springs Resort, home of the world’s largest hot springs pool, is hiring a Host / Cashier to greet guests and ring up orders. You’ll ensure every guest leaves with a great impression, handling payments quickly and accurately with a POS.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking – show up on time, every time.
• Team player with a positive attitude, even when busy.
• Comfortable handling money; accurate cash changes; POS experience is a plus.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Ring up orders on the POS and handle payments (cash, credit, room charges).
• Provide proactive guest service, answer questions, and offer suggestions.
• Maintain clean dining areas, counters, and stations; restock as needed.
• Work as a team during rush periods and help teammates as required.
