Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises is seeking talented cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen in Florida. You will accurately prepare dishes per our recipe manual and ensure proper plate presentation while maintaining clean, organized stations.

Candidates must read recipes and labels, work a flexible schedule, and lift up to 50 lbs. We offer a five-day work week, paid vacation after year one, a Christmas bonus, health insurance, and a 401K with advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Flexible shift schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Able to read recipes and food labels.
• Able to read POS ticket orders.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety and sanitation policies and training.
• Prepares menu items according to the recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Maintains product rotation and stocks to par level to prevent disruption.
• Assists with prep, stocks and sets up stations as needed.
• Transports items to and from kitchen and assists with vendor unloads.
