Job summary

Flanigan’s in Wellington, FL is seeking talented cooks to join our back-of-house team. You’ll prepare dishes from our scratch recipes, maintain high standards for safety and cleanliness, and help ensure smooth service.

A flexible schedule, physical stamina to stand for long shifts, and ability to read recipes and food labels are required. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand/walk for an entire shift.
• Able to read recipes and food labels.
• Must pass food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Prepare menu items according to recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Rotate and stock products to par level to prevent kitchen disruption.
• Assist with prep work and station setup as needed.
• Transport items to and from kitchen and assist with deliveries.
• Clean and maintain the kitchen area during the shift.
• Break down and clean all stations at closing.
