North Italia is hiring Line Cooks in Huntsville, Alabama, at Bridge Street Shopping Center. Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch, following family-style recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation. You will work with a team in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following the recipe to produce consistent results.
Know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices.
Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
Portion all products, follow recipes, ensure plate presentation looks beautiful.
Keep the station clean, follow sanitation standards, stay organized.
