North Italia is hiring Line Cooks in Huntsville, Alabama, at Bridge Street Shopping Center. Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch, following family-style recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation. You will work with a team in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following the recipe to produce consistent results.
• Know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices.
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Portion all products, follow recipes, ensure plate presentation looks beautiful.
• Keep the station clean, follow sanitation standards, stay organized.

• Keep it clean! Follow the sanitation standards, make sure your work station stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards

Qualifications

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred. You should have good English communication skills, comfortable standing for long periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
