Responsibilities

• Maintain stock and prep at your station to meet guest demand.
• Plate and present dishes to specification.

• Work as part of a team in a high-volume kitchen.
• Stay on your feet for long periods and work near high heat.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and manage busy shifts with ease.
