Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza is seeking a Line Cook to join a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen that emphasizes from-scratch cooking and teamwork. You’ll follow recipes, prep ingredients, and plate dishes to spec while maintaining top-notch cleanliness and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring line-cook experience, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative attitude. The role starts part-time with the potential to move to full-time, and health benefits are available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Follow recipes, procedures, safety guidelines and storage specs.
• Maintain station stock at manager-defined levels for peak shifts.
• Plate and present dishes to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza standards.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and kitchen procedures with precision.
• Maintain high food safety standards and sanitation.
• Work the line in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

• Present dishes to spec and ensure consistency.
