• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and kitchen procedures with precision and consistency
• Ensure high standards of food safety and proper storage
• Work the line in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• Collaborate with team and communicate effectively
• Present dishes to spec and on time
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Stay focused and multitask during peak hours
