Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures with precision and consistency.

• Experience working the line in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and kitchen procedures with precision and consistency.
• Maintain station stock and prep levels to meet guest demand.
• Plate and present dishes to spec and ensure quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift.
• Stand for long periods and work near high heat.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently during peak hours.
