The Atterbury Hotel, managed by Sage Hospitality Group in Pittsburgh, invites a skilled line cook to join our culinary team. Work across two kitchens supporting Catering, The Drafting Room Restaurant and Bar, In-Room Dining, and the Concierge Lounge with a passion for food and teamwork.

Experience in a kitchen, strong knife skills, and knowledge of proper sanitation are required. You will help ensure efficient service, recipe compliance, and high-quality meals for guests in a busy hospitality

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cooking and kitchen practices.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Check items against recipe cards and ensure proper presentation.
• Monitor line setup for efficiency during meal periods.
• Maintain sanitation and follow 'clean as you go' policy.
• Prepare food to consistent quality following recipes and portion standards.
• Rotate perishables and manage stock as needed.
• Assist in keeping buffet stocked.
