Flower Child, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts and affiliated with The Cheesecake Factory, is hiring a Line Cook in Goodyear, AZ. This role requires at least 1 year of high-volume restaurant experience and strong communication, stamina, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

You’ll prepare food from scratch, follow recipes, and work in a fast-paced kitchen. Benefits kick in with 25+ hours per week and include medical, dental, and vision, plus dining discounts and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience.
• Excellent communication; able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Detail-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to ensure consistent results.
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables using kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards; work clean.
• Available to work weekends and some holidays.
• Be flexible to fill in as needed for smooth operation.
