Job summary

Sodexo Live at Music City Center in Nashville is seeking a Cook I to join a collaborative kitchen team. You’ll prepare and present a variety of hot and cold dishes, support service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events, and keep guest service at the heart of every plate.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related kitchen experience beneficial.
• Ability to read and follow basic recipes are required.
• Willingness to work varying shifts and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items.
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte service or operate a grill station.
• Attend work and show up on time for scheduled shifts with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client needs.
