Job summary

High 5 Hospitality Group is seeking Heart of House team members to support daily operations, food preparation, and sanitation across its brands. You will help plate entrees, monitor quality, and assist with inventory and maintenance tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of heart-of-house experience, strong sanitation knowledge, and the ability to follow English instructions. Serve Safe certification is preferred, with opportunities for advancement and tuition

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
• Serve Safe certification is preferred.
• Experience with online scheduling apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food to the standards set by the head chef or management.
• Follow recipes and adjust based on guest requests and dietary restrictions.
• Assist in preparing ingredients for dishes and maintain proper temperature controls.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, storing deliveries, and proper rotation of items.
