Job summary

High 5 Hospitality Group is seeking Heart of House team members to support day-to-day operations across multiple brands. You will help with food preparation, plating, inventory, and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth guest experiences and high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Heart of House experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food to restaurant standards; label, date, and rotate.
• Adhere to recipes and adjust for dietary requests.
• Assist with ingredient prep and maintain temperature controls.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and sanitary practices.
