PF Changs China Bistro in Indiana is hiring multiple line cook roles, including Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie and Station Chef. Training is provided and longevity is encouraged. You will prep and cook items per recipes and safety guidelines, supporting a fast-paced kitchen team.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required – training provided.
• Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we help you obtain it.
• Love for food with attention to weights, measures and volumes.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals used in the building.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plates prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning equipment.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
