• Completes prep to stock and set up stations.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies.
• Follows HACCP temperature procedures.
• Uses waste log and cooldown charts.
• Prepares orders to recipe specs.
• Communicates ticket times and issues.
• Maintains rotation and par levels.
• Maintains cooperative working climate.
• Completes opening, shift change, closing checks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
