Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food across multiple stations (Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, Salad) following recipes and prep specs.
• Prepares all items on Prep List and labels food per Shelf Life Chart.
• Completes opening, shift-change and closing checklists; maintains HACCP and sanitation practices.
