Responsibilities include following the daily prep list, stocking stations, and keeping a clean, sanitary workstation. Ability to work with various kitchen equipment and collaborate with the team is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some kitchen prep or cooking experience preferred, but learning willingness is okay.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and staff.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Refer to the Daily Prep List for assigned duties.
• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables for cooking on various equipment.
• Ensure quality of products and proper portion sizes.
• Follow standard cooking methods, presentation, and kitchen rules.
• Stock stations to maintain smooth service; rotate products per standards.
• Plate and garnish dishes according to brand standards; assist with closing the kitchen.
