• Willingness to learn and work with kitchen staff.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List at shift start for duties.
• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables for cooking.
• Ensure quality and portions meet standards.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstation and equipment.
• Stock line stations and rotate products per standards.
• Assist in closing the kitchen and attend meetings.
