Job summary

Elior North America’s Design Cuisine team is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join the Monticello kitchen. You’ll be at the heart of our food operation, ensuring quality portions, proper storage and creative presentation for guests at the Farm Table Café, Farm Shop and Jefferson Vineyards.

We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits. Background and drug screening are required for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume scratch kitchen.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify foods.
• Customer service experience required.
