• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Nice-to-haves: Food handlers’ certification
