Job summary

Portillo’s Hot Dogs, LLC in Crestwood, IL is seeking a line cook to prepare classic menu items to order, including Italian Beef, burgers, hot dogs, fries, and more, following recipes and upholding our commitments to quality and sanitation.

You will keep your station spotless, work as a team, maintain a sense of urgency to serve long lines efficiently, and monitor portion levels to ensure consistency and efficiency throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Must have worked at Portillo’s for 1 year with an average of at least 20 hours over a 6‑month period.
• Military Veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all classic menu items to order, including Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more. Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces, and other dishes by following provided recipes and upholding our commitments to quality and sanitation.
• Keep your station spotless, work as a team player to help and serve others, and maintain a sense of urgency to serve long lines efficiently.
• Maintain proper portion control and monitor food levels throughout the shift.
